The Marilyn apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a 1721 building, in the heart of the town centre, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the train station. Equipped with wi-fi, tv, common terrace, common washing machine, beach umbrella to take to the beach. The Marilyn apartment is provided downstairs with fully equipped kitchen and indipendent bathroom with bidet and cabin shower. Upstairs, confortable sleeping loft with one double bed, 2 single beds, wardrobe, ceiling fan + indipendent toilet.
Check-out is at 10 a.m., if your flight or train is later, you can leave your luggage here and pick it up before departure.
Guest Access and useful things to know
The apartment is located in Tropea town centre (ZTL), it is not possible to get in by car, only residential people can enter and exit the town centre. Parking is 10 minutes walk to the apartment, ( Eni gas station/grocery-meat-fish market), anyway, we suggest to come by train because it's not easy to find a free car park. My guests can access to all the first floor including the common terrace and the storage where there is a common washing machine. After reservation of the apartment we need to know how our guests arrive (plane, train, car; arrival times and if it's possible their mobile/whatsapp number), in order we can send all the info how to get here including pictures to follow.), we have also to organize ourselves for guests' check in and wait at home. At check in we give our guests the town centre map (with explanation of the streets and more), we also add a discount card with 15/20% off at local restaurants and coffee bars pricelist.
