Martina (for 2 - 5 guests )
Martina apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a 1721 noble building, in the heart of Tropea town centre, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the train station. Equipped with wi-fi, tv, common terrace in arabian style, common washing machine (including detergent and softener), beach umbrella to take to the public beach. There is an entrance room with 2 single beds, wardrobe, tv and ceiling fan. A second room with balcony + sleeping loft divided in downstairs where there is on the right side a fully equipped kitchen provided with large oven, microwaves and toaster + indipendent bathroom with cabin shower, bidet and hairdryer. On the left side there is a sofa and a wardrobe and upstairs there is a loft with toilet, one double bed + 1 single bed, wardrobe, air conditioning/heater, ceiling fan.
Check out is at 10am, if you need to leave your luggage here you can do it and take it before your plane or train departure.
Guest access and useful things to know
The apartment is located in Tropea town centre (ZTL), it is not possible to enter by car, only residential people can access the town centre. Parking is 10 minutes walk to the apartment, ( near to Eni gas station/grocery-meat-fish market), anyway, we suggest to come by train because it's not easy, in august, to find a free car park. My guests can access only the first floor which includes the common terrace and the storage where there is a common washing machine. After reservation of the apartment we need to know how our guests will arrive (plane, train, car; arrival times and if it's possible their mobile/whatsapp number), so we can send all the info how to get here including pictures to follow.), we have also to organize for guests' check in and wait for you at home. At check in we give our guests the town centre map (with explanation of the streets and more), we also add a discount card with 15/20% off at local restaurants and coffee bars pricelist.
